When you upload a pet photo, we receive the image and the instructions needed to generate your pack.
If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile details like your name, email address, and avatar.
We collect technical signals (such as IP address, device data, and anti-abuse fingerprints) to protect the service from misuse.
We do not use your photos to train our foundation models.
Your images are processed only to generate the requested outputs and to provide downloads.
Provide and improve the portrait generation experience, including previews and downloads.
Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
Communicate with you about support requests or service updates.
We share data with trusted service providers that help us operate the service (such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and AI model providers).
We do not sell your personal information. We only share what is required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.
We keep uploaded images and generated outputs only as long as needed to provide downloads and handle support requests.
Unless required for legal or security reasons, we delete uploaded images and outputs within 30 days.
We retain security and usage logs for a limited time to prevent abuse and maintain reliability.

You can choose not to upload images or sign in, but some features may be limited.
The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
